BALTICON S.A., with the registered office in Gdynia at ul. Tadeusza Wendy 15, implements the project no. POIS.03.02.00-00-0051 / 18 under the name “Construction of an intermodal terminal for reloading of containers in road-rail or rail-road relations, container storage and services necessary for the functioning of intermodal container transport “. The project is co-financed by the European Union under the Infrastructure and Environment for 2014-2020 Operational Programme.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

We would like to inform you that in connection with implementing the project entitled “Construction of an intermodal terminal for reloading of containers in road-rail or rail-road relations, storage of containers and services necessary for the operation of intermodal container transport”, we have decided to extend the deadline for its implementation until December 31st 2022. On June 2nd 2020 we signed an annex to the Co-Financing Agreement as the Beneficiary. Current project data:

Project implementation time: January 1st 2019 – December 31st 2022.
Planned total cost of the Project implementation: PLN 36,083,472.19
Maximum amount of eligible expenses: PLN 22,523,400.00
Maximum amount of co-financing from the EU funds: PLN 11,261,700.00

Project purpose:

The main objective of the project is constructing an intermodal terminal in Gdańsk located in the TEN-T network.

 Project scope:

The project includes: construction of an intermodal terminal (approx. 6 hectares), construction of a water and sewage system, storm water drainage, power engineering and lighting infrastructure, as well as purchase of specialist equipment necessary to operate the terminal.

 Main tasks performed under eligible costs:

Construction of a storage and reloading yard together with construction of networks and connections,

Purchase of terminal operating equipment,

Supervision of construction works,

Project management (including project implementation and settlement),

Informative and promotional activities.

Reporting of irregularities:

 The Managing Authority of the Infrastructure and Environment Programme attaches particular importance to ensure that the Programme projects are implemented in a way that is:

ethical,

open,

transparent.
